We encourage all Patients to register their bank details with Medicare to allow you rebate to be deposited direct into your account . Please ask our staff if you require a form.
Please bring your current Medicare /Concession Cards.
For your convenience, EFTPOS is available; we also accept cash or cheque. If you need to cancel or change your appointment we request this is done as soon as possible so that we can re-allocate your time to someone else.
If we are not notified, a non-attendance fee may be charged. If you have an account enquiry, please contact our Finance Manager, Wendy.
Some dressings or consumables given during the management of your wound or injury, may incur an out of pocket fee to be paid on the day.
All non-government funded and travel vaccines are to be paid in full on the day.
For patients under WorkCover, invoices will be forwarded to the employer. If for any reason the WorkCover claim is rejected, the financial responsibility will be transferred to the patient for payment. Statements of accounts will be emailed to patients who have given consent.
We do have available in our foyer for purchase , First Aid Kits , Crutches , BP Machines , Thermometers, Face masks for CPR.
Our Staff will be happy to assist you.
If you are experiencing severe financial difficulties please ask to discuss this in private with the Finance Officer or Practice Manager , and we can discuss payment plan options with you. Refusal to pay for outstanding accounts or payment plan options may result in further action.
