We have a vacancy for a experienced General Practitioners who have a current general registration with AHPRA. An ACCRM or RACGP fellowship will be highly regarded. An excellent salary package will be offered to the successful applicant.
Ferrers Medical Clinic is an expanding and progressive GP owned Practice. The practice provides high quality community-based healthcare services to the community of Mount Gambier and the surrounding districts and branch clinic in Port Macdonnell.
The practice is committed to providing patients with the utmost care and customer service with services including family medicine, paediatrics, mental health, geriatrics, palliative care. On-site pathology is provided and visiting Allied Health and Specialists are encouraged to work with the Practice.
The practice is fully accredited and computerised. It currently supports a team of seven GPs who in turn are supported by a strong nursing and administration team.
Mount Gambier is located in south eastern South Australia and is equidistant from Adelaide and Melbourne. The city has a population of approximately 28,000.
We are looking for a full or part time VR GP’s and or part time VR GP Obstetrician to join our family practice in Mount Gambier. Mount Gambier is a MMM -3, and DPA region .
Mount Gambier has a number of visiting specialists to the region, and at Ferrers Medical Clinic , onsite allied health covering a range of services.

Work hours can be conducted in sessions, morning, afternoons, evenings, or maybe a weekend session.

A number of resident and visiting specialists are available in Mt Gambier including Gynaecologists, General Surgeons, Physicians, Orthopaedic Surgeons, ENT, Renal Physician.
Local attractions include the Blue Lake, the famous Coonawarra wine region, seaside towns of, South End, Robe and Beachport. The city has a large retail precinct, and enjoys a vibrant atmosphere with local cafes , bars ,restaurants , markets , festivals , fringe , cinemas, theatres, local events and sporting fixtures.
There are private college education for reception to year 12 at Tenison Woods College and St Martins Lutheran College.
