When calling the clinic to book an appointment, please let us know if you require a longer consultation or an interpreter service.
We also appreciate it if you can advise us when booking if your appointment is for a mental health concern, as these consultations often require additional time. This helps us ensure you are allocated the appropriate appointment length and receive the best possible care.
We will make every effort to book you with your preferred doctor at your preferred appointment time. If you require a repeat prescription, you may be eligible to book a 5-minute telephone prescription appointment with your GP.
Please note that if you have not attended the clinic for a face-to-face consultation with a doctor within the past 12 months, you may not be eligible for a Medicare rebate for telephone appointments.
If you are running low on your medication, we encourage you to book your appointment well in advance, as same-day or immediate appointments may not always be available.
Duty doctor
We offer a duty doctor who can be booked from 8am. We try our best to have this service available daily please keep in mind we may not have this service everyday.
After hours
After 6.30pm and on weekends, the duty doctor can be contacted by calling 0417 863 508 for phone advice only. If the matter is an emergency please dial 000 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency Department.
